Ashanti Shequoiya who is better known by the name Ashanti is an extremely well-known American actress and singer. She is an American singer-songwriter and actress. Ashanti began her professional career in the teen years, she was signed by Murder Inc. Records by 2002. The same year she also was featured as a guest on the Fat Joe's What's Luv? Also, she was featured on the Fat Joe's hit song"What's Luv!" and the Ja Rules' track Never On Time Both of them became huge hit songs.
