Emily Irene VanCamp has been an Canadian actress for several years. The actress is famous for the roles she played on film and television. The actress is well-known on Canadian and American television. At the age of Emily was 12 she became interested in acting after she visited her elder sister Katie at the location of one of her movies. After Emily discovered her passion for acting, she took training in acting classes and went to auditions. Initially she bagged a few commercials and was soon cast in the Canadian children's horror television series Are You Afraid of the Dark? It was the only scene where she was unable to talk. When she was 15 years old, she got her big break after she became a regular on the WB show Glory Days. Emily's role in Glory Days, a show on WB, which was canceled 9 episodes later, drew the attention of and landed Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Emily was a professional dancer, and also took up photography. Teen listed her as the number one actress in her 20s. Maxim placed her at number 51 on their Hot 100 of 2014.
